America's Most Unwanted

I noticed in my log files that I have recently been getting a lot of hits from people Googling "Meyssan card deck." For some reason I am near the top of the results, but not what they are looking for. This is what they want: French card deck names 'most dangerous' U.S. leaders. Guess which crackpot thought up this idea?

"I found it completely indecent to present a manhunt as a game," said Thierry Meyssan, the man behind the French deck. Meyssan is the author of a one-time French best seller, "9-11: The Big Lie," claiming that no plane ever crashed into the Pentagon on September 11, and that the attacks were plotted by a faction within the U.S. military.

Personally I find it "completely indecent" to suggest that 9/11 was a government plot. Right, right, I know, I'm naive: no Jews showed up for work that day, the moon landing was staged, Elvis is still alive and oh by the way the Holocaust was a hoax. Who are these people that think that the US is capable of orchestrating such a huge conspiracy? Remember this is the country where the President can't even get away with oral sex in the Oval Office, how the hell would we pull off such a plot? If we were capable of faking something like 9/11, wouldn't we be capable of doing all sorts of other things easier and quieter to get our way in the world?

Hey -- just cause a guy takes a break doesn't mean he's dead. Lately, I've just been a bit busy fighting this damn Bubba Ho-Tep, that's all.
