Mission: Impossible IT
Your assignment: Come up with a of group calendar solution for Sales and Support. All Sales and Support people need visibility to all others' calendars. It has to be easy to use, requiring no additional time or effort than what the users currently expend on their calendars. It should sync with their existing calendars, and they all want to keep using what they like. A couple of them use Palm. A couple Outlook. A couple ACT. A couple use nothing and steadfastly insist they are too busy to update a calendar. A couple have only dial-up connection to the internet. And then there is the Mac guy. Oh, and we need it setup within a week.

Unfortunately, it falls short: "Future plans include support for shared calendars, merging multiple calendars into a single view, and Palm syncing."
When you said that you were really getting into wine, I didn't realize that you were spelling it with an "h" ;-)
