Hey, Bolognese sauce is called "Bolognese" no matter if it is made in Bologna or not, so the same will go for Dovah. I'll have to come up with a new dish for "Stratinio". I'm thinking of something with raspberries, rosemary and scalloped potatoes.

I really would like a full recipe for this dish you made. I absolutely love Chicken Scaloppine from the Macaroni Grill and this little blog is the closest I have come to finding a recipe for it that includes all of the ingredients like chicken, capers, prosciutto, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and a lemon butter sauce. Can you help me out here? Thanks!
