black. i think if you get bisque it will look to uniform. we have bisque appliances and i wish we had gotten black. not necessarily for the contrast, but because no matter what the salesman says, the stove is NOT that easy to clean, and black will hide the 'stuff' better. of course if you can afford it...stainless is the way to go.
