There is still some stuff in the garage but the entire old house is empty, cleaned, and ready for the market. I'll tackle the garage when we got done with this 90+ degree weather. I went over today for around 15 minutes to install a new front door handle and was soaked with sweat in minutes...from turning a screwdriver!
Why a new door handle? Because we can't find a key for the front door! We never locked the doors and somehow all the spare keys I had are nowhere to be found. *sigh*
Now we have to wait for lookers that will hopefully make an offer and then a walk-through by a building inspector that isn't going to find anything significantly wrong. That's the reason for the finger crossing.
