Mary planted these plants two years ago. This has been their best start so far and I can almost taste the strawberries. I've fertilized and watered them so I hope to get some big, juicy berries...if the chickmunks, birds, groundhogs, and squirrels leave them alone long enough to ripen and be picked by me!
Oh, I love strawberries. My grandparents used to have plants and that was so great to us kids. We always got to pick the berries. We would just sit and stare at them. Thanks for the Memory.

Katy - Berry picking and childhood seem to go hand-in-hand, don't they?

We planted about 6 strawberry plants 3 years ago when my youngest son was born. We now have at least 50! It's crazy how quickly they've spread!
