Back at it or What to do when you're off for a week.

I stayed up late and slept late into the morning. I played online poker (doubling my money during the week) and read "The Half-Blood Prince." I watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and then shoveled snow in the pouring rain. I visited the outlaws, played poker with friends, poker with family, went to the airport, cleaned carpets, petted the cat, and pretty much kept fairly busy while being a total bum at the same time.

shoveled snow in the pouring rain? yeah, that sounds like a barrel of fun. :)

Kari - Yeah, it was pretty awesome.

Antipo - I wish I could have taken some photos but Youngest Daughter and BW took both of the cameras!

Dawn - Yeah, real barrel of fun! The only thing that would have been worse was leaving it and having a sheet of ice to drive on once it froze again.

sounds like or a holiday. Or not. (Especially shovelling snow in the pouring rain.)

Grannyp - I can definitely say that shoveling snow in the rain was NOT the high point of my time off. :)
