Beautiful Wife and I opened the bottle of wine that I talked about the other day.
The wine delivered as described on the label and I especially enjoyed the crisp, fresh acidity on the finish. When it was most chilled, right after taking it from the fridge, I felt like my palette was cleansed with each sip.
As the wine warmed the tropical fruit aspect of it blossomed without ever losing the crispness on the finish. I really enjoyed the wine and would get it again.
