Youngest Daughter had a friend sleep over. I hear that they had every intention to be up late but when I got home at 12:30am they were sound asleep in her room while the Spice Girls movie played in the background.
That meant that they were up at 8am and woke me up too since I'm still doing my best to utilize our sofa to its fullest abilities. BW had started the bacon and home-fries but then I took over and finished cooking the bacon and making pancakes while she scrambled some eggs.
I worked on the quotes that I promised until 1:30 when I took a break to take Youngest Daughter to her indoor soccer game. The team lost, 6-2, but YD had a smoking goal from nearly mid-field so that was awesome. They do this one season of indoor soccer before their regular outdoor season starts for conditioning purposes and to get used to the one-touch and then strike mentality.
We got home at around 4pm and I worked on the quotes until around 9pm. It was a long weekend but fun.

Posted by: Bob on March 22, 2005 10:26 AMSo you're a Soccer Dad, eh? I'm trying very hard to think of something funny to SAY about Soccer Dads, but... no... can't think of a thing.
Posted by: Deirdre on March 23, 2005 09:58 PMIt is hard to think of anything funny to say once overwhelmed with the sheer animal magnetism that surrounds my persona. ;)
Posted by: Bob on March 24, 2005 03:16 PMLOL!! Yeah, (LOL, trying to recover breath, LOL!! again), yeah Bob, that's probably it.
