After the storm of Most snow of the year.
I finished clearing the driveway just before the drive belt broke on my snow thrower. I went out again last night and cleared the driveway the old-fashioned way, with a shovel.
Middle Daughter helped for a while but things got put on hold when I decided that a snowball fight would be more fun. Youngest Daughter joined in the fun and then we built a snowman in the front yard. After all that, I still had to clear the driveway but I didn't mind.
I cleared the end of the driveway and the path to the front door this morning since Youngest Daughter had a friend sleep over and her parents were going to pick her up.
Beautiful Wife's Brother showed up and plowed the couple of inches that had accumulated overnight and also widened the entrance of the driveway.
I took some picture after the storm and they can be found in the extended entry section.
It looks so beautiful! That middle shot, with the sun shining and shadows from the trees falling across the snow - lovely.
