Deirdre mentioned that she doesn't know what a snow-thrower is. I, on the other hand, am becoming well acquainted with mine. I was back out there this morning clearing the driveway, cleaning off the car for the princesses, and doing general snow cleanup duties.
Here's a picture of me from last week's storm.

It is handy and definitely beats shoveling. It also spreads it out as it flys out of the machine so you don't end up with huge snowbanks.
I honestly don't mind when it snows. It only gets old when it is continually cold or just freezing rain and ice.

So it's a bit like a vacuum cleaner for snow? Pushes it out to one side? That's clever. Beats shovelling, I presume. And you folks probably get sick of it, but that grey [gray] light looks lovely.
