Time to dress up or It is purple chicken night!
I made purple chicken (Rachael Ray's Chicken with Red Wine and Tarragon) for dinner last night. I used a bottle of 2001 Argyle Pinot Noir and since the recipe only called for part of the bottle, we drank the rest.
Beautiful Wife can't drink now but her younger sister was over and she helped. We also finished the rest of a bottle of Sentus Douro that I had open already and then I opened up a bottle of Nalle Zinfandel since Son and His Girlfriend showed up and had dinner too.
We all had a great time. Wine definitely lightens the heart.
BW bought some bandannas yesterday and Fizban decided that she just HAD to have one for herself. She's such a fashion maven!
