It just gives a whole new meaning to getting together and hanging around.

I missed this whole rite of passage thing growing up. I did buy beer when I was under-age and danced in a real disco, does that count?

it's a rite of passage. wasn't it the sioux who did the sun dance? where they pierced (and subsequently scarred themselves) their chest muscles with bone, which were tied to a long pole with leather strips and then walked/danced around the pole in the hot sun for days until the muscle or leather ripped...whichever came first.
