Clean electronics or Did he mention that it would take three weeks?

The electronics cleaning service came the other day and picked up anything we thought might have been affected by smoke from the fire. I'm especially concerned with the electronics that were in the basement because of how heavy the smoke was in there.

Anyway, the man finished boxing everything up and when I asked him how long it would take (you'll have it back by Friday sir) he informs me that there's another job in front of ours and that will take 3-4 weeks.

That night we went out to Best Buy and bought a new 32-inch flat screen tv. There's no way I can make it through Thanksgiving and then the Christmas season without having a tv. It isn't on as grand a scale as what our Good Friends bought, but it fits inside our armoir and is a big improvement over what we had. Now I just have to find the time to run the speaker wire and get all those hooked up to the home theater/dvd/vcr that I purchased at the same time.
