Well, we did it. Beautiful Wife and I made an offer on a house last night. Unfortunately, the owners are on a trip to CA so it is difficult for their agent to contact them. Now we have to wait and see if they counter and decide what we want to do if/when they do.
I knew we'd be leaving some earnest money behind but it still makes it a little bit more real when you make out the check and hand it over.
If all goes according to plan we'll be in the house in the beginning of September.
